Know Yourself, Know Your Team, Solve Your Challenge
Speaker – Lisa Secrest, BA, CMAR, RLATG, Priority One Services, Alexandria, VA
Abstract: Think about your current team. Are they focused on achieving big goals, or are they getting slowed down by misunderstandings, friction, and delayed projects? Many leaders assume team conflict is a personality issue, when it is often a mismatch in problem-solving styles. This interactive session gives you a practical blueprint for reducing interpersonal friction, strengthening collaboration, and helping your team tackle big challenges instead of each other.
