Workshop: Know Yourself, Know Your Team, Solve Your Challenge

Many leaders assume team conflict is a personality issue, when it is often a mismatch in problem-solving styles. This interactive session gives you a practical blueprint for reducing interpersonal friction, strengthening collaboration, and helping your team tackle big challenges instead of each other.

During this workshop, you will learn how to map your team’s hidden problem-solving profiles and identify who naturally operates as a Clarifier, Ideator, Developer, or Implementer. By understanding these distinct thinking styles, you can pinpoint why your team gets stuck, turn opposing viewpoints into fuel for innovation, and build a more aligned culture focused on delivering meaningful results.
